Shavuot, a Question of Time |

As believers we are given the responsibility to keep time, in fact many list the first commandment given to the Nation of Israel as a whole as being the one to observe Rosh Chodesh (the new moon) and as a result, maintain the calendar. From the calendar we are able to determine the proper times to observe the Festivals (The times that HaShem desires our presence and attention) given to us in the Torah. |
